I was absolutely delighted with the final product. The quality of work was extremely high and the design was perfectly aligned with my initial vision. The entire process, from design to completion, was expertly managed by ALT. Their expertise and experience, especially in Japan, was evident throughout the project. They were patient with all my questions and requests and delivered the project on time and on budget. ALT's design intent was superb; they truly captured what I was looking for and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Their customer service and response times were excellent, even after handover. Overall, I'm thrilled with both the final product and the entire experience. Wow, the house looks incredible !!!! It looks even more beautiful than on the 3D renderings - I didn’t think that would be possible. We are so excited!
