Qi Place is a development planned for Sapporo, Hokkaido. The building is a mix of housing (condo hotel), traditional hotel, and retail / F&B.
The building answers a key need for retail and F&B in the local area and is aimed at attracting a young clientele offering a price point to match.
ALT Design & Construction were engaged to come up with a modern design, utilizing as much of the site as possible and creating a series of public spaces that add to the buildings function and design.
In addition to the planned programme, there will be a world class Onsen spa located on site facing the forest and mountain views beyond.
