Hakuba Lodge is a large condominium located in Hakuba, a ski region west of Tokyo
ALT Design & Construction were hired to come up with a new design for a blank site to pitch to the developer owner.
The property is multi-use, including retail, office, and a series of apartments. The floor plate design is very efficient making full use of the allowable floor space and maximizing the build, and in-turn the sale price.
ALT also designed a series of options for the roof structure, seen in the examples.
